I will never be able to thank Mark enough for the help, advice and support he's given me. This is over and above the actual service he provided, which it goes without saying was first class. Not once have I felt that he's just interested in taking my money, in fact I think I forgot to pay him within the agreed business terms. He never brought this up or made an issue out of it, continued to assist me and just generally be a double decent human being.....which is a rarity these days.
